Spilling the beans on the secret to guest satisfaction

Good coffee is more important than good pillows when it comes to the perfect bed and breakfast experience, Nestlé Professional® has discovered

Through its survey of people who have stayed in a bed & breakfast or guest house within the past 12 months, it revealed that 33 per cent of people rate good coffee among the most important elements of their stay, compared to only 5 per cent who say the same of pillows.

80 plus years of coffee-making experience has taught the team at Nestlé Professional® that good coffee can make all the difference to guest satisfaction.
