“Michelle and Robbie at The Farmhouse B&B provide a magical fusion of absolute professionalism with the warmth of a friend’s welcome in their home. The spotless house is furnished to a high standard with an emphasis on the original features of their beautiful building and interesting artwork. Importantly, the beds with good linen are high quality and very comfortable. Everything from the steaming hot water and fluffy towels in the well-designed bathroom to the view of the garden make this B&B special.
We particularly enjoyed a delicious evening meal, which was most welcome after a long journey. A good range of tempting breakfast options (local where possible) are available. All the food is beautifully presented so we felt pampered as well as set up for the holiday. Care is taken with every guest to deliver the food at exactly the right time. No detail is left to chance.
If you want to visit an interesting and beautiful part of the country, then The Farmhouse is in the right place. There are many special villages and recommended restaurants very close. Michelle and Robbie have extensive knowledge of local places and their advice makes sure you can have an exceptional and wonderful stay. We did! We really felt that nothing was too much trouble in order to make our visit a time to remember. We look forward to our return. Thank you both.”

“We stayed for two nights in a beautiful room which was immaculate. Excellent provisions have been made regarding covid19, with spare face masks and hand gel in the room. Breakfast was amazing with a wide selection which is delivered to your room where dining facilities are provided. Robbie and Michelle are great hosts and I would recommend a stay with them”

“This is a very professionally run business providing everything you need in a B&B – and more! In addition, your hosts Michelle and Robbie, could not be more pleasant and helpful.
My wife and I stayed for three nights in order to explore the area and we were delighted with our choice. The room was beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless, the bathroom was immaculate, the ‘extras’ in the room such as tea, coffee, water etc were very well thought through and provided everything we needed.”

“My daughter and I went on a walking weekend and chose the farmhouse as a convenient location. Communication before our arrival was excellent. There was a code to get the key from a box at the door. Our room was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. There was a dining table and chairs in the room set out with crockery, cutlery and a slice each of homemade cake which was delicious. A fridge contained chilled water and flasks of milk. Absolutely could not fault the free breakfast which was beautifully cooked, plentiful and delicious. Oh, and Covid precautions were excellent.
